Should you decide to book your holiday through us, our payment structure is straightforward:

  • No Direct Fees from You: You will never pay us directly for our services.
  • Fees Built-In: Our fees are already factored into the cost of your holiday by the hotels or partners we book with. This means using Heirloom Holidays does not increase the price of your trip compared to booking it yourself.
  • Commission-Based Payment: We are paid by way of a commission directly from the hotels or partners after you have completed your travels. This ensures our income is tied to your successful and enjoyable trip.
  • My strong relationships with hotels mean they will provide me with the best available rate, better than what you will find online and with exclusive benefits as outlined in travel partners.
